Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellations by Clients: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will result in a 50% charge of the session fee. No-shows or cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session will result in a full charge of the session fee. 2. Cancellations by Loralin Engel: In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered. 3. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made within the required notice period will be processed within 7 business days. Terms and Conditions 1. Booking and Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the website or agreed-upon payment method. Your booking is confirmed only once payment is received. 2. Session Conduct: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Late arrivals will not be granted additional time. Sessions are conducted in a respectful and professional manner. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund. 3. Intellectual Property: All art, designs, and content created or shared during sessions remain the intellectual property of Loralin Engel unless otherwise agreed in writing. 4. Liability: While every effort is made to provide a safe and supportive environment, clients participate in sessions at their own risk. Loralin Engel is not liable for any personal injury or loss of property. 5. Changes to Terms: These terms and conditions may be updated at any time.
